About us
Professional Garage Floor Coating Company in Arizona
The Garage Monkey is owner-operated, licensed, bonded, and insured. Every floor we install is mechanically diamond ground for maximum adhesion, then sealed with the same professional-grade compounds specified for collision centers, production breweries, and emergency service facilities.
We’re a family-owned business right here in Arizona, a husband and wife team built on trust. When you hire us, you’re not getting a franchise crew, you’re getting us. We show up on time, we protect your home, and we clean up like we were never there. When we’re done, the floor you get isn’t a roll-on paint job. It’s a system engineered to survive Arizona summers, hot tires, dropped tools, and years of daily use.

Our Process
Our Garage Floor Coating Process: The Prep Is Everything
Cheap installers grab an acid bath and hope for the best. We grind every floor mechanically, the only preparation method rated for long-term polyaspartic adhesion in a hot climate.
Free on-site consultation
We measure, inspect the concrete, review color and flake blends, and give you an honest, fixed quote. No upsell theatrics.
Diamond grinding + crack repair
We open the concrete’s pores mechanically and treat any cracks, joints, or pitting with a structural repair mortar.
Base coat, flake + polyaspartic topcoat
We roll a 100%-solids resin base coat while broadcasting your chosen decorative flake into the wet film. A UV-stable polyaspartic clear topcoat then seals the flake, delivering hot-tire resistance, chemical resistance, and easy cleanup.
Walk-through + Lifetime Warranty
You’re back on the floor in 24 hours, and your qualifying flake floor is protected against peeling for life.
